We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange an item for a different size. To accommodate your needs, we offer an exchange policy rather than accepting returns.
Please read our exchange policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions.
We accept exchanges within 14 days of the original purchase date.
To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- The exchange request must be for a different size of the same product. We do not offer exchanges for different items or products.
- The original purchase receipt or proof of purchase is required.
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team By SENDING US A DM to initiate the exchange process.
- Provide your order number and the specific item you would like to exchange, along with the desired size.
- Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return.
- Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its eligibility, we will ship the requested size to you. Shipping for the replacement item will be covered by STATEMENTS.
